The Registrar General expressly disclaims any representation
or warranty that the Data will meet your specific requirements or be
error-free, that defects or errors (if any) will be corrected ,or
corrected within a specific period of time, that the service will be uninterrupted ,or
that the server making this site available is free of computer viruses or other
harmful components.
Limitation Liability
In no event shall the Registrar General, its employees, servants
or agents be liable to the Users of this service for any damages, loss, inconvenience or expense, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or special ,or
any claims whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with ,reliance
on the Data or the use, misuse, inability to use, alteration or reproduction of
the Data, whether caused by any error or omission or misrepresentation in the Data,
computer failure, or malfunction, work stoppage or otherwise.
The Registrar General specifically disclaims any and all
loss or liability resulting from:
(i) Access delays or access interruptions;
(ii) Data non
delivery or data mis delivery;
(iii) An Act
of God;
(iv) Unauthorized
use or misuse of the User’s account, including passwords;
(v) Errors,
omissions or misstatements in the Data or service provided;
(vi) Deletion or
failure to store data properly or at all;
(vii) Inaccuracy, currency, reliability or correctness of any

(viii) Repairs to

may be superseded without notice, “may contain errors or inaccuracies.
The Data may change without notice and the Registrar General is not liable for
the accuracy of any information printed and stored by a User. Changes are
periodically added to the Data ,and the
Registrar General may make improvements or changes to the Pims Online, to the Data and servers at any time without notice to the
Users.
